In a series of episodes in the Sri Shankara channel everyday between 7.00 to 7.30 am, internationally renowned Yoga Masters and experts Dr H R Nagendraji and Dr R Nagarathna, the founders of S-VYASA University will be enlightening the audience with integrated approach of yoga modules. Each day of every week will have a series of its own like Yoga for eye Sight Improvement on every Monday, Concentration Development on every Tuesday, Physical stamina, memory development and stress management on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday respectively. Every Saturday will be featured by health series, to begin with will be Yoga for diabetes.
